Half Day Birds of Prey Experience - Gifts

Spend half a day with some of the most magnificent creatures on the planet

This half-day course gives one the opportunity to interact with some of the most magnificent animals on the planet, a rare chance to witness close up a genuine predator doing in captivity exactly what it does in the wild state. Birds are not trained to do tricks they simply mimic what comes naturally every bird on show will display its wild instincts swoop, soar, quarter, pounce, and mantle you can witness it all during your visit.

AGENDA - This half-day course begins at 10am and starts with a brief safety instruction and the 'Fundamentals of Falconry' which will include a demonstration of many of them at the site. Also the recipient will get to 'man' up to 8 birds of prey meaning they get to handle them and see them close-up. No other half day course offers this much hands-on experience! The course should end at approximately 1pm.

NOTES - On purchasing this experience you will be sent an open dated gift voucher with 10 months validity. Please wear warm comfortable country clothing (dark colours if possible). During inclement weather you are taken indoors so the day should never be ruined or cancelled. Please bring wet weather gear, especially boots as the flying arena may be wet, even away from the bad weather Any age from 16 upwards are welcome. 8-14s are also allowed, but must be accompanied by a paying adult. Course run throughout the year, 6 days a week and not on Mondays.
