AGENDA - Call your chosen launch site prior to departure to ensure the weather is fine for flying and be sure to arrive in plenty of time for the flight. Balloons are flown first thing in the morning and last thing in the day from spring to autumn and occasionally throughout the day in winter. Flights last about an hour, but the whole experience lasts three to four hours. Cameras and videos are welcome so be sure to bring plenty of film.

NOTES - Price displayed is PER PERSON. On purchasing this experience you will be sent an open dated gift voucher with 10 months validity. You will be bound by the terms and conditions of the operator.

• You must not fly if you are pregnant or under the influence of alcohol
• You must obey all requests and instructions issued by the operators representative and take particular care to abide by any safety instructions given
• The operator will not fly children under the age of 12 - A child under the age of 16 will only be flown if accompanied by a adult
• You must be 4 foot or taller to participate in this experience
• Flights are subject to weather conditions and sufficient passengers booked - If the operator is unable to fly on your preferred date your flight is moved forward to the next mutually convenient date. For these reasons we cannot guarantee flights on specific dates
• Most importantly there must be wind speeds of less than 10 mph, reasonable visibility, a stable atmosphere and no rain or snow
• Old flat weatherproof shoes or walking boots and comfortable casual walking clothing suitable to the appropriate time of year are recommended as you will take off and land in a field
• It is recommended that other garments should be made from natural as opposed to man made fabrics
• Ladies are advised to wear trousers. All flights are civil aviation authority certified and regulated.
